Ordering & Shipping

We accept Paypal, Visa or Mastercard and payments are processed via Paypal. Paypal is a secure payment gateway and your bank information will not viewed or stored anywhere on the Stylish Weddings Melbourne website. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use your credit card or debit card.

DELIVERY – LOCAL
Orders to Australian addresses can be placed via our website.
We send all of our parcels via Australia Post using Express Post. Express Post is a guaranteed next business day delivery service.
We charge a flat rate of $13 for all orders.
Should there be a significant difference in actual postage charges, we will refund the difference into your Paypal account or back onto your credit card.
Please note that orders of $100 and over are sent FREE via Express Post within Australia!

DELIVERY – INTERNATIONAL
Delivery to overseas addresses is charged at AU$100, however, once your items have been posted, we will refund the excess amount via Paypal or back onto your credit card. Should you require the exact shipping amount before placing your order, please email us at info@stylishweddings.com.au with your order details and postal address to obtain a delivery rate. We will then provide you with further instructions on how to place your order.
International orders are sent via Australia Post and the postage cost is calculated on the weight of your order and your delivery destination. We use Registered Post so your parcel will be fully trackable.

DELIVERY TIMES
Parcels will be mailed within 1 business day once your payment is received via Paypal. As we only use Express Post for Australian deliveries, your order should be delivered on the next business day once we advise it has been mailed.

LOSS AND DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Please note that Stylish Weddings Melbourne cannot be held accountable for items that are lost or damaged during transit, once they have been posted by us. However, in the unlikely event that your parcel is delayed, arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us immediately via email at info@stylishweddings.com.au.
