Faulty or Damaged items
Before your order is shipped to you, we thoroughly inspect all items to ensure they are in excellent condition. Your items are then carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the same condition.
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please make a claim within 3 days of receipt via email to email@example.com by providing your invoice number as proof of purchase and your contact details. We will then contact you to make arrangements for the return of the product. It will be your responsibility to pay for any returns postage. Once we receive the item, we will replace it within 14 days at no extra cost to you.
